Wills and Estate Planning
Proper estate planning guides family members in the event you become incapacitated, and preserves wealth and provides for smooth transfer and tax minimization when you die. We can provide you with a will, durable powers of attorney, a living will and medical power of attorney, as well as guardianship of minor children and appropriate types of trusts to meet your objectives.
Our basic estate planning document prices are:
Simple Will only: $300 per individual/$500 per couple
Simple Will package, with Living Will (Directive to Physician), Durable Power of Attorney, and
Medical Power of Attorney: $400 per individual/$700 per couple
Addition of Minor’s Trust in Will: $50 per will
Additional documents (Disposition of Remains, Appointment of Guardian, Do Not Rescussitate, HIPAA release): $25 per document
Estate planning document rates are based on a “Simple Will”, which is a will distributing personal property and homestead and not involving trusts, specific bequests, investment real estate, tax matters, or guardianships. These rates are subject to revision without notice.
Our services in these areas involve basic will and estate planning matters. If you are facing a highly complex or contested case, we can refer you to another attorney to handle those matters.
