Emily Teel is a dedicated family law attorney and a proud graduate of Texas A&M School of Law. During her time in law school, Emily gained hands-on legal experience through the school’s prestigious Family & Veterans Advocacy Clinic. Under the supervision of a licensed attorney, she successfully represented clients in Tarrant County courts, advocating for families facing complex legal challenges. Her early exposure to family law deepened her passion for helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions with clarity and confidence.

After earning her law degree, Emily continued her legal career by joining a boutique law firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where she focused on divorce and SAPCR (Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship) matters. Through this work, she gained a nuanced understanding of the emotional and legal complexities involved in family law cases. Whether guiding clients through custody disputes, divorce proceedings, or post-divorce modifications, Emily’s approach is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and practical legal strategy.

Emily believes that every client deserves to feel heard, informed, and empowered. She recognizes how overwhelming the legal process can be, especially during times of personal crisis, and she strives to ensure that every interaction leaves her clients with a greater sense of direction, peace of mind, and access to the resources they need.

Beyond her legal work, Emily is passionate about giving back to her community. She regularly volunteers at a Fort Worth community center and local food bank, where she provides support to underserved families. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her two dogs, and exploring local parks and events in the DFW area.
