We are seeking a Legal Assistant who is detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven to support our legal team. This is an essential role that keeps cases and client matters moving smoothly and ensures that our attorneys can focus on delivering excellent results.
What You’ll Do

Manage and organize case files, both digital and physical.

Assist in gathering documents and information from clients in a compassionate, professional manner.

File documents with courts (electronically and in person when necessary).

Handle scheduling: mediations, hearings, client calls, and attorney calendars.

Track deadlines and ensure timely filings.

Coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, experts, and clients.

Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative legal tasks.

Perform occasional court runs and other case-related errands.
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or in a law office environment preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills — professional, clear, and client-centered.

Tech-savvy with comfort using case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.
