Lindsay Nixon has been working in the legal field since 2005 and has joined the team as our firm’s Paralegal. She attended Texas Woman’s University and received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Government and Legal Studies in 2012. She attended Southern Methodist University and received her Masters of Arts Degree of Dispute Resolution in 2015. While at SMU she was on their Mediation Competition Team and traveled to Burlington, Vermont to compete in the Champlain College Mediation Competition in March 2015, and took home the 1st place prize as Individual Mediation Champion. She is a Certified Family and Civil Mediator and is a Volunteer Mediator at SMU Plano Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services.

Lindsay aims to make a difference for our clients by using her experience and educational background to be an asset to clients who are new to the complexity of the legal process and often entrenched in high conflict cases. As a trained legal professional she works with a high level of professionalism where confidentiality and concern for the Attorneys and client’s needs are priority. Being a Paralegal and a trained facilitator uniquely equips her with innovative problem solving skills and initiative to move projects forward. She strives to be courteous, creative and make clients experience with the legal process better.
