For the strategy sessions, first, we cover the law because a lot of our clients have questions about the law. And so, by going through and giving you an overview of the law, it will answer a lot of the questions that you have. We also talk about the process and go over what the process looks like. We go through our divorce planning checklist, our divorce preparation checklist, and that will help you get your ducks in a row. Then, you’ll know whether you are ready to file or not and if not, what do we need to do to get ready. We also talk about how to work with our team and our case management system. And then, at the end, we put together a strategy, plan of action and next steps, so you have a roadmap. The attorney will follow up your meeting with an email to the team, delegating their tasks, and an email to you summarizing what the next steps are.
