Alexandra Geczi | Attorney & Founder
Alexandra brings almost 20 years of experience in divorce and family law to our firm. She founded the firm in 2008 and subsequently dedicated the practice to representing women as safe place for women to grow and become the best version of themselves.
Alex believes in fostering a supportive and innovative workplace where everyone has the opportunity to grow and excel.

At the firm, Alex enjoys the planning and strategic aspects of divorce as well as the more entrepreneurial roles of marketing and sales. Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, creative projects like photography and painting, and outdoor activities with her family.
Brandy Fine | Director of Operations & Business Development
Brandy joined the firm in 2016, and then left for a sabbatical adventure, only to return in 2017. While Brandy holds a degree in business administration with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship, her passion is empowering women. Brandy is one of the first and last points of contact for the clients, and she works hard to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the legal process.
What sets Brandy apart is her empathy and resilience. She’s experienced heartache and bounced back from difficult situations, and she shares those experiences with clients, helping ease their pain.
Brandy loves being part of our team because it aligns with her personal values of advocacy, teamwork, and balance.

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with friends, painting, crocheting, taking ukulele lessons and cooking. She also enjoys book clubs and networking with other like-minded women.

Kelsey Marsh | Attorney
Kelsey channels her legal expertise and unwavering compassion into guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She has made it her mission to empower people with the courage to speak their truth, protect their rights, and move forward with confidence.
Whether she’s standing before a judge or sitting beside a client, Kelsey brings the same steady presence: a fierce advocate, a thoughtful listener, and a relentless ally in the pursuit of justice.
Katie Rutkowski | Paralegal
Katie started with the firm as a receptionist in 2019, but her creativity and exceptional organizational skills quickly earned her a promotion to marketing assistant. However, Katie’s ambition didn’t stop there – when an opportunity arose to fill in as a legal assistant, she jumped at the chance to learn something new. She shined in that role and was promoted again; she is now the firm’s paralegal. Katie is the beating heart of the firm, providing clients with comfort and light during some of their darkest hours.
Katie loves being part of our team because she can leverage her natural strengths of compassion and empathy to support our clients during challenging times. She finds great fulfillment in guiding them through their experiences with care and understanding, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued throughout the process.

When she’s not at work, Katie loves diving into a good book, soaking up the outdoors, exploring new destinations, taking long strolls through downtown McKinney, and cherishing every moment with her young family.

Tamara Davila | Intake Specialist
Tamara joined the firm in 2023 as an intake specialist, driven by her passion for helping women find the right legal support for their unique situations. She carefully evaluates potential clients to ensure a strong match between their needs and the firm’s expertise. Through her thoughtful approach, Tamara not only helps the team maintain balance but also instills confidence in clients as they navigate the legal process.
What sets Tamara apart is her attention to detail from the moment you connect with her. She’s empathic, so clients feel heard right from the beginning. She gets great satisfaction helping clients towards their best next step.
Tamara loves being part of our team because of the excellent work-life balance and because she enjoys working with like-minded, hardworking women.
“Since becoming a mom, I made it my personal challenge to find a job that suits mom-work balance, and I’ve had a handful of jobs that didn’t gave me the balance and work environment that I experience while working here. I like that all the women here are so smart, hardworking and amicable-oriented. It makes the work environment warm and caring.”
Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, while enjoying fun activities, and traveling.
