We’re looking for a Family Law Attorney who shares our mission and thrives in an environment that blends sophistication, empathy, and excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Represent women professionals and business owners in divorce, custody, and related family law matters with a strategic, results-driven approach.
- Provide high-touch client service: proactive communication, polished advocacy, and compassionate support.
- Develop and execute case strategies that align with each client’s personal and financial goals.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys, paralegals, and client service staff to deliver a seamless, concierge experience.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth through thought leadership and community involvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Texas, preferably with 3 to 5+ years of family law experience (litigation and negotiation).
- A proven track record of representing high-net-worth clients or complex cases.
- Exceptional communication and courtroom skills with a professional, confident presence.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with modern legal tech and systems.
- Emotional intelligence: ability to support clients navigating stress while maintaining boundaries and professionalism.
- A passion for empowering women and protecting their futures.

Here’s what you can expect:
- Salary Range (Base/DOE): $80,000–$110,000 per year for less experienced, $120,000-160,000+ for more experienced.
