About Us
At Alexandra Geczi PLLC, we are more than a family law firm. We are a boutique practice exclusively dedicated to representing women in divorce and family law matters. Our mission is to provide a diamond-level client experience — combining strategy, compassion, and empowerment to help women protect what they’ve built and move confidently into their next chapter.
We are growing, and we’re looking for a Paralegal who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and organized to join our team. If you thrive in a supportive, professional culture and value excellence as much as compassion, this may be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
-
Support attorneys with all aspects of family law case management, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
 -
Manage case files and ensure deadlines are tracked and met with precision.
 -
Communicate with clients in a professional, compassionate, and proactive manner.
 -
Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and experts as needed.
 -
Prepare and organize documents for hearings, mediations, and trials.
 -
Anticipate attorney and client needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient case flow.

What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of family law paralegal experience preferred (Texas practice a plus).
 -
Strong drafting and legal writing skills.
 -
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
 -
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision.
 -
Tech-savvy (comfortable with case management software, Microsoft Office, and online filing systems).
 -
A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you don’t just follow instructions, you anticipate needs.
 -
Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
 -
A team player who embraces our mission of empowering women and delivering a boutique client experience.

Culture Fit
We are a small, collaborative team that values:
-
Excellence: Striving for precision and quality in everything we do.
 -
Compassion: Supporting clients with empathy during life’s hardest transitions.
 -
Empowerment: Encouraging growth for our clients — and our team.
 -
Balance: Working hard while respecting boundaries and well-being.

If you are self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a culture that values both heart and strategy, you’ll feel right at home here.
What We Offer
-
Competitive compensation.
 -
Opportunities for growth and professional development.
 -
A supportive, boutique culture where your contributions make a real impact.
 -
Paid time off, holidays, and firm-sponsored perks.
 -
The chance to be part of a mission-driven team making a difference for women in Texas.
