Kelsey B. Marsh

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Kelsey went on to earn her law degree from the inaugural class of the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law—a trailblazer from the very start. While in law school, she immersed herself in the inner workings of justice, interning for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and serving as a legislative aide in the Texas House of Representatives. These experiences sharpened her legal mind and deepened her understanding of how laws are shaped—and how they impact everyday lives.

After graduation, Kelsey spent four years as a prosecutor, where she handled a wide range of cases but found her calling in the fight against domestic violence. Her work with survivors ignited a passion that led her to serve in the nonprofit sector, securing protective orders and offering critical legal support to women in crisis.

Today, Kelsey channels her legal expertise and unwavering compassion into guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She has made it her mission to empower people with the courage to speak their truth, protect their rights, and move forward with confidence.

Whether she’s standing before a judge or sitting beside a client, Kelsey brings the same steady presence: a fierce advocate, a thoughtful listener, and a relentless ally in the pursuit of justice.
